I am a professional Health Economist working as a consultant and academic researcher. I hold an MSc in Health Economics from The University of Birmingham.
My academic research interests are around the economics of advanced therapy medicinal products. My doctoral research at University College London focusses on the economics of advanced therapies with the aim of informing health technology assessment of these transformative medicines. Beyond my research interests, I work as a consultant in Health Economics with my expertise lying in health technology assessment, value assessment and economic modelling.
I have a passion for helping people understand Health Economics, its importance, and how it impacts their lives which was a key reason for starting this blog.
The blog posts are my personal reflections aimed at the general reader as well as professional Health Economists and are intentionally designed for easy reading.
